A : As the lamp is waterproof.

Q : Are the router's specifications and settings limited?
A : Wi-Fi of Router Protected Access Support WPA and WPA2, WEP and no password is not supported , please confirm the router's management page (refer to the router's manual), and adjust the router channel to "fixed channel."
Q : Is router firewall must closed?
A : Firewall of router will block P2P connection, so IP C.M. LampIII can not send images to your phone, if your installation environment of router must use the firewall, it is recommended that you install another router for IP CM LampIII, turn off the firewall and set the "fixed channel".
Q : How do I operate when I replace a router that has been paired with IP C.M. lampIII?
A :

A :
- If the router paired with the lamp is still in use, reset the lamp device (reset the lamp to the preset value to clear the maching of the lamp with the router). Please refer to the [Device detail] -[Reset] instructions below.
- Please make sure that the new router uses WPA or WPA2 encryption mode and is set to "fixed channel", shut down the firewall.
- After connecting your phone to a new router network, click [+] in the upper right corner of the APP home page and select "New Device" for lamp pairing

Q : How to use QR code card in the product packaging?
A : QR code card with the following information use for pairing APP and lamp, please keep the card.
UID: identity of each lamp
Password: the default password for the lamp
QRCODE: equal to UID + default password
SSID: The name of the WiFi network for each lamp
S / N: Product serial number (marked on the lamp)
If there are multiple lamps, you can mark the lamp name / place on the QR code card to facilitate other users adding new device in the APP (through the UID to distinguish the lamps).

Q : How is the upper limit paired connections with mobile phone / tablet to each device ?
A : Depending on the network bandwidth of the pairing of the lamps, it's recommended one lamp is paired not more than five users at the same time. Multiple users viewing at the same time will affect the image quality and fluency.
Q : How many devices can be connected to each smart phone or tablet at the same time?
A : No restrictions for how many devices can be paired on the same smart phone or tablet.But it's not recommend that a smart phone or tablet matching more than 10 devices, otherwise it will affect the APP connection speed and vedio fluency.
Q : How to do when forget the device password ?
A :
Android: When you have a second or more user pairing, you need device password. If you forget your password, you can go to [Setting] - click the device password to display your device password.
IOS: If you forget your password, you can not get password by interface or system, please reset your lamp for new settings.

- Turn on the lamp power, in order to pair the lamp, need to wait about 45 seconds to complete the system after the start .
- When adding "new device", the phone / tablet must be connected to the WiFi network of router (turn off the firewall), and enter the correct WiFi password. Make sure the lamp is within range of the router's WiFi signal ( in the same space and within 10 meters). If the connection fails, restart the router and the lamp power, operate it again.
- When adding "Installed device", enter the UID and password of the lamp (you can scan the QR Code from card in the package). Please note that if the default password had changed and the updated password is required.
Q : When the device disconnected, how to deal with?

- Open the network / WIFI of mobile phone or tablet, while the lamp and the router's power needs to be turned on in order to connect.
- Please check whether the lamp power is on, the internet environment of the lamp is normal, please try to re-open the C.M. Lamp APP, if restart the APP you still can not connect, then re-open the light and the router power .

Q : How to solve the little lag problem on video screen while adjusting the monitor screen?

2. Make sure that the recording status(full-time recording / event recording) is off, and that the recording is turned off to format the card.
